Edge extension

From e-Deposit, JustOnWeb or a register: upload an exhibit from the matter, file a document, link, screenshot or excerpt, and recognise the matter shown on the page.

Anti-money laundering

Which countries and languages are covered?

Belgium and Luxembourg, in four languages: French, Dutch, German and English.

Does it work with Outlook and Word?

Yes. The Outlook (new Outlook, web, classic, Mac) and Word (Windows, Mac, web) add-ins and the Edge extension act with each lawyer’s Odoo rights: a restricted matter stays invisible everywhere.

Which compliance obligations are covered?

Conflict checks, anti-money laundering with a daily check of EU and UN sanctions lists, bar registers (continuing education, undertakings, gifts) and GDPR with certified destruction.

How does billing work?

Pre-bill per matter with a review flow, statement of fees in the matter’s language, retainers deducted and Peppol sending, client funds and collection.

How do lawyers sign in?

With their Microsoft Entra ID account (single sign-on and MFA). Access depends on the role (lawyer, partner, accounting, AML officer) and every record keeps its history.
