FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your questions,our answers.

Can’t find your answer? A Cellenza expert replies within 24 working hours.

Ask a question
Does the manufacturing solution run on Odoo Online?

Yes. It is built for Odoo 20 Online and relies first on Odoo’s native apps (manufacturing, quality, maintenance, inventory), adding only what they do not cover.

Does it handle EDI with carmakers?

Yes. The automotive pack includes an EDI engine (EDIFACT, VDA, IDoc) for call-offs, despatch advices and invoices. Transport (AS2, OFTP2, SFTP or API) stays with your integration platform.

Can the shop floor MES be connected?

Yes. The MES reports production through a webhook: produced quantities, scrap and times land on the manufacturing order, with a queue and an error log.

How far does traceability go?

From an SSCC, a lot, a manufacturing order or a delivery: upstream to receipts, suppliers, materials and checks, downstream to pallets, customers and invoices.

Does it suit multi-site groups?

Yes: one card per plant in the overview, one lane per plant in the production flow, customer consignment, intercompany flows and drop shipment on behalf between group companies.
