The project
The challenge
TaxTik, an accounting and advisory firm active in Belgium and Luxembourg, wanted to bring its own management and the accounting work done for its clients onto a single platform, while staying connected to its FidManager fiduciary back office.
Our answer
Cellenza designed a multi-company Odoo Enterprise architecture covering Belgian and Luxembourg finance and accounting (invoice OCR, bank reconciliation, VAT, closings), CRM, HR, invoicing and e-commerce. Odoo exchanges with FidManager through a JSON-RPC API to automate journal entries and keep data in sync.
The result
A standardised Odoo template designed to onboard more than 30 client SMEs quickly, clear governance of each client’s financial data and a platform that stays maintainable over time.
